We will guide you through appropriate supporting documentation for a trust such as a Memorandum of Wishes by the settlor and a deed nominating who is to take over the settlor’s power to appoint and remove trustees in the event of the settlor becoming mentally incapable or dying.
 
We set up and administer gifting programmes and provide independent trustee services.  We liaise on your behalf with IRD and other interested parties
